Paul Getty
Paul Getty is a licensed real estate broker in the state of California and Texas and has been directly involved in commercial transactions totaling over $1.5 billion on assets throughout the United States. His experience spans all major asset classes including retail, office, multifamily, and student and senior housing. Paul's transaction experience includes buy and sell side representation, sourcing and structuring of debt and equity, work-outs, and asset and property management. He has worked closely with nationally prominent real estate brokerage and investment organizations including Marcus Millichap, CB Richard Ellis, JP Morgan, and Morgan Stanley among others on the firm’s numerous transactions. Mr. Getty also maintains a broad network of active buyers and sellers of commercial real estate including lenders, institutions, family office managers, and high net worth individuals.Prior to founding First Guardian Group/FGG1031, Mr. Getty was a founder and CEO of Venture Navigation, a boutique investment banking firm specializing in structuring equity investments made by institutions and high net worth individuals. Dinesh Gupta
Dinesh Gupta is a Senior Vice President and co-founder of First Guardian Group and focuses on strategic planning, investment selection, financing, transaction structuring, disposition, asset and portfolio management, and investor reporting.Mr. Gupta has directly been involved in transactions totaling over $1 billion including income properties and development projects nationwide of on behalf of the firm’s clients and Investors. He has developed numerous financing relationships with top tier banks such as Wells Fargo, Morgan Stanley, Chase and many other institutions that assist the firm in providing financial and due diligence resources for the firm’s real estate transactions. Mr. Gupta has also led efforts to provide oversight on the management of retail, commercial and multifamily assets on behalf of the firm’s clients.Mr. Gupta also possesses significant experience in underwriting and formulating effective deal structures between buyers and sellers of distressed commercial real estate assets resulting in increased transaction volume for the firm.Mr. Gupta has extensive experience in managing Private Equity investment funds on behalf of individuals and institutions. Prior to founding First Guardian Group, he co-founded D&B Venture Management and Satwik Ventures that collectively managed more than 25 investments on its own account and on behalf of numerous high net worth individuals. Erik Carlson
Erik Carlson is Vice President of the Commercial Brokerage Group of SVN | First Guardian Group. Erik has over 12 years of commercial real estate experience and has completed over $600 million in real estate transactions. Erik serves as the National Council Chair of Student Housing Properties for SVN. Prior to specializing in student housing brokerage, Erik was responsible for a substantial portfolio of commercial real estate assets handling the day-to-day oversight of management of assets nationwide. In 2015 and 2016, Erik was part of the Elite Partners Circle of SVN and ranked within the top 15 among all SVN agents nationwide. 

Amit Urban
Amit Urban is an Advisor at SVN | First Guardian Group. Amit is committed to helping his clients buy and sell their investment properties successfully with minimum hassle. Amit has over five years of commercial real estate experience working for companies including Jones Lang LaSalle, Cushman & Wakefield, and a retail shopping mall developer. Prior to joining SVN |First Guardian Group, Amit worked at a Mobile Ad-Tech startup as an Account Manager for his Chinese clients, where he led growth of their business to be the No. 1 mobile analytics platform in China. Amit has previously lived in China for seven years, where he worked in commercial real estate. Amit has a B.A. from the University of California, Los Angeles, and is a licensed Real Estate Salesperson in the State of California. He is also fluent in Chinese and Hebrew.
